I have utilized Micah's Plumbing and Heating over the last 10 years I have lived in the rural West Kootenays. The service has consistently been exceptional. I recently had an emergency with my hot water tank and they were here to fix it within an hour the same day - you do not see this ever in our Valley!.... Love working with these guys!!

I emailed on a Friday morning requesting a service call. I recieved a call back 10 minutes later from a receptionist who was pleasant and professional and she scheduled me for Monday morning. Their plumber Jimmy called me Monday AM to let me know he was enroute. He arrived exactly as scheduled and was an absolute gentleman. He managed to clear a really difficult blockage that I had already scoped and tried to snake. Really great experience from my first point of contact to wrap up. Highly recommend. Great job 👏

Matt from Micah’s arrived right on schedule. He completed the job - servicing our heat pump - efficiently, well within the time period that was allocated. He let us know how best to keep the heat pump running efficiently between servicing. We will definitely have him back for next year’s servicing.

Micah's Plumbing and Heating team did an excellent job sourcing and installing a heat pump system for us. Mitch provided several different configurations and quotes for us to choose from to best fit our needs, kindly answered all our questions, and made sure that the all preliminary works were handled prior to installation proper. Sharron on the admin team happily fielded questions about rebate options and quote revisions. When it came to the installation week, the team arrived promptly at the expected time and handled the work professionally. Nick, Ryan, and AJ were all friendly and courteous, and made sure that we were happy with unit location, condensate line locations, and any other choices along the way. They completed the installation quickly and cleaned up after themselves- other than the interior units it was hard to tell they'd been there. At the end of installation, Nick made sure to go over the system instructions and cleaning needs. Overall, I am very pleased with how the Micah's Plumbing & Heating team handled our project, and would confidently recommend their work.

Thankyou so much to Jason and Simon who disconnected gas dryer...installed new washer and reconnected dryer in such a timely and careful fashion. I highly recommend them...so polite and helpful in our home. Can't recommend them and A3 highly enough.

We were extremely pleased with the service. The serviceman came the same day we called! We thought we would need to get new taps but he (Quentin) quickly identified that the leak was fixable. He had it fixed in about 30 min. and this saved us a lot of money. 😊Thanks! Jan. …

Micah’s was able to quickly respond and resolve my residential needs. They had a technician over to help with a furnace issue on a cold day within 1-2 hours of receiving the call. Top tier customer service. Will for sure be using them for all my HVAC and plumbing needs moving forward.
